In general we believe a successful consulting engagement should result in one or more of these 10% results:
- At least a 10% return on invest capital
- At least a 10% increase in business revenue
- At least a 10% reduction in business expense
- At least a 10% improvement in employee productivity
- At least a 10% increase in market segment share
Only if we and the client believe that one of these goals is reasonable over the duration of the engagement, will we accept the engagement.
Our philosophy is to only accept engagements that have a very high likelihood of being successful for the client.
We value our long term reputation far more than any short term gain.
